The culture of a company is very important because it gives an identity to the company, it can also affect the happiness and satisfaction of all employees. The culture of Pernix is very marked by its mission: ‘Grow professionals that foster the economic and social prosperity of the region by crafting quality software solutions’. Some of the things I like the most about the Pernix culture are:

Trust among all co-workers:

I love this aspect a lot since there is a lot of trust between everyone, this type of environment makes it more comfortable to ask for help when I don’t know how to do something. In other business cultures it is very common that people do not like to help, and they say excuses such as that I am very busy now, but in Pernix it is not like that, it has rarely happened to me that I ask for help and the person is not available, and if They are not really available, they give me suggestions of who could help me with my doubts.
I remember that one day I asked a coworker for help and he could not help me at that moment, and after a few hours he wrote me a message again to see if I had already solved the problem. I really like this message because it shows a lot of interest in wanting to help other co-workers, and this type of culture where everyone helps each other is perfect for learning.

The learning opportunities:

Pernix solutions has a culture where it focuses a lot on the professional growth of its workers, in this way it offers many opportunities within the work to be able to improve as professionals, one of these opportunities is the open spaces that are carried out all the weeks. I have been participating in open space about front end and I am very surprised by what I have learned in all the sessions, mainly because it is a good opportunity to learn from the knowledge of other co-workers.

Care for each others:
There is a great feeling that we are all a team, many times I or a colleague has had to face a problem that is very difficult to solve, and in a few moments, all the team members are together to solve the problem and move forward. There is no selfishness at work, nobody cares only about finishing their tasks, but they also take care of others.
